I thought I’d have LLS done at this point and had a different episode ready to go. When my target release day came and went I was more than a bit embarrassed. But ‘I’m not going to half ass a product.

But as the week went on it really began to bother me that I wasn’t releasing an episode this week. So I decided to just have a no frills convo with you about the tenant intake process.

…And when I say no frills I mean “NO FRILLS”

This episode was whipped up and recorded with love from my couch at 10 pm. After fighting with my AirPods and Garageband, I decided to just get it done and recorded a voice note on my phone.

It’s imperfect. It’s probably not the greatest audio. But showing up is important to me and I didn’t want to let myself down and I definitely didn’t want to let you, my audience down.

In this episode, I chatted about:

  • Why I didn’t want to release an episode this week

  • The question I‘m not asking in my REI biz but will now

  • Lean Principles. in REI
